“I'm so sad I missed Passover. I had a lovely seder or two with the Lents in Dublin and just spent Shabbos with the Brackmans in Belfast. I think that there is some relationship between you and Ruth, but I'm not exactly sure what it is. I'm loving discovering just how connected the global Jewish community really is.”

“As I get further and further from "home," whatever that means these days (Tufts, Philadelphia, New York, Ireland??), I feel more and more connected to my Judaism. I guess because that's one thing that is so consistent. You can find it or make it and live it anywhere. It's such an interesting (and beautiful) feeling."
